Novix IQ is a software product of CB Investment Holdings, LLC. The documents below govern our software services. Where a customer has signed a Master Software-as-a-Service Agreement and a Sales Order, those documents control.

The first two are incorporated by reference into our Master Software-as-a-Service Agreement, which is why they are published rather than signed. They can change as our practices and subprocessors change, and customers get advance notice when a change is materially adverse.
