The work covers multi-tenant platforms, internal tools that replace a spreadsheet that has become load-bearing, integrations between systems that were never meant to talk, and scheduled automations that do a job every night whether or not anyone remembers to run it.
Where it makes sense we will say so plainly: an off-the-shelf product you can buy for a monthly fee is often the better answer, and we would rather tell you that early than build you something you did not need.
